Recently, one of my friends shared a health tip they are going to try through the Autumn/Winter months...
A mug of warm water
+
A juice of half of Lemon
+
A slice of Lemon
EVERY morning.
During the Autumn/Winter months, we can avoid drinking enough.
I personally think that it is because we get tricked into thinking we are thirsty in the Summer months and then it tends to drift off the cooler it gets.
This is NOT good for our bodies though.
Our bodies NEED hydration in the cooler months!! Just think if we don't have enough hydration in our system, our skin will start to look dry and scaly!! Ewwww!! No no NO!!
So this little cup of wonder is perf for the cooler months.
Want to know why??!!
Here:
Vit C lives in this wonder cup! Lap it up... Why? It decreases wrinkles and blemishes!! Woop woop!! :D
Its meant to help those hunger pangs... Not sure on this as I take a tablet that has an effect on my appetite...
Fight them colds with this lemon squeeeeeeezer!!
Immune boosting Vit C does this babes! Oh & its meant to get the ol' noggin going too and your blood pressure should become better too. HEY, it all helps... Right?!?!
I'm in with anything that is meant to help my immune system.
Especially with this IIH!
I don't want anything knocking at my door, giving me some random illness (no more thanks!!!!) if I can avoid it!!
Why not give this a go with me this Autumn/Winter my dolls?

Its so nice to find someone who has a IIH blog that still posts, I have only found one other person does! Maybe i'm looking in the wrong place but im so glad I found you :D I just started my own blog I have been looking for inspiration from fellow IIH'ers. I don't mean to advertise but could you maybe take a look at my blog and let me know what you think? I have only had the condition for a little over a year started blogging recently a way to build my confidence. https://mrsjeebyssurvivalkit.wordpress.com/
ReplyDeleteHi hun!
DeleteSorry plying late. I have a new job and I am so focused on that, that I tend to go to bed early so have neglected my blog a tad. But yes! I love to blog when I can. I like to prove that although this IIH sucks, big time sucks, we can live 'normal' lives most of the time when symptoms aren't in full swing, but also we deal with a lot in our lil worlds every single day.
I've had IIH for 1 year & 8 months, still learning so much about it and life. I think I have lost just over 5 stones now & this makes things better.
No worries sweets, I shall pop over and have a gander at your blog. Support each other right?!
