To think about 3 weeks ago I was absolutely caking myself about leaving one job to go to another...

Well ya'll wouldn't think it now!

I love, Love, LOVE IT!!

I am one of two supervisors and we are awaiting a new Store Manager.

Basically we are running things with (a lot) of help from a fab assistant manager from another store.

But oh my, I love my staff!!!!!!

We mainly have young, college staff.

They are fab as they have so much personality and energy, its what makes me smile though my day.

Even though they can be hormonal... Mainly the boys... Sorry babes!!

But they are my babies.

I care for them, I worry about them & I give them a good telling to when they blooming need it.

Haha.

I was concerned that with my IIH I would struggle.

Yes, in some ways I have.

TIREDNESS.

But I just go to bed early ready for the next day.

Its part time, so I can accommodate it to me.

But whilst we wait for the Store Manager, I may as well put my back into it and learn all I can.

Also I get to know my staff.

I know you aren't meant to have favourites... But I actually don't as I think they bring their own flare to the business.

Perfect in their own way.
