Stairs - They key to fat burning/cardio??

 

If you read my Blog on a regular basis, you shall be aware that I have recently started a new job.
I started about 3 weeks ago.
 
In this time, I have dropped a dress size & about a stone!
Yep, you have read that correctly.
Dayyyymn, right?!
 
Its fab.
I get paid for working out basically.
Lol.
 
The main reason for losing so much, so quick (I presume) is because we have so many blooming stairs!
Ok, not quite as many as the above picture.
However I decided to count them the other day.
Sad, I know...
 
There are two flights of stairs with a slight gap between (where I take 2 - 3 paces) the amount of stairs either side? 16!!
I take 35 steps from top to bottom & vice versa!!
Mental.
Add the boxes I carry up and down all day, the sweat & how many times I do this,
no wonder it is coming off so quick.
 
My jeans are such an issue; they are getting so loose that I can now only wear my skinny jeans without fear of them falling down on the shop floor...
This is not something I want to have to experience!
 
Cue me rushing to the shops for a new wardrobe.
 
Anyways.
That's my update for you.
