Climbed and conquered THE 02

It was awesome!

My fab Ma organised some of my family, to club all as one and do one of my challenges all together. CLIMB THE 02.
Those of us who aren't central travelled onto the City to meet my other cousins and climb up at 2pm Sunday 7th August.

En route

On the underground, we had all started to get a bit bored, this is where underground surfing was invented! Ha. Myself and my cousin's Fiancé were challenging each other as to who could stand without holding onto anything, just using your core/legs to keep you up when the tube started/stopped and navigated corners... It was fun, we couldn't stop laughing and other passengers either thought we were mad or had a little giggle too. Ma was just concerned we'd hurt ourselves before the climb!! Hahaha.

My family have done me, Team Fortitude and Rock 2 Recovery proud. So proud! They have all raised astonishing sums of money (all going onto my donation page for R2R) to help me get my goal for the year... I think once all collected, we shall have smashed it!! *Look out for an update*

I don't know where to even start to Thank them all for their hard work getting sponsors. But this (rather fitting) shall do for now:

There was a couple of the group that were unsure of heights and they still got harnessed up and climbed!! No wobbles or anything from them. Myself , I didn't know if I was cared of heights and was going to find out once I was up there!! HA. I can for certain say I am NOT scared of heights and I loved every single moment of it. My poor Mum had a moment but the guide Helen was super with her and sorted her out. However she carried on like a trooper.

As we were descending we were chatting away (my Fiancé & I) when I mentioned about the Twilight climb; it has now been decided that we are to do that for certain. In-fact some TF team mates want to come along for that too...
