Mini Superdrug Haul

The hair is chopped ~ Its looking healthy ~ Full of shine ~ Moisture is restored.

I want to keep it looking & feeling this way.

Off I popped to Superdrug to get me some potions and lotions for my hair.

I went for the Touch of Silver Range by PRO:VOKE. Reasoning behind it is I have seen and heard good things about this brand. It lightens, brightens and takes all the rubbish build up that you get on your hair, that can make the appearance of your blonde look dull and drab. BIG no no.

As you look at the picture, I realise that I have not got the Conditioner to go with the Brightening Shampoo, it wasn't on the shelf when I was grabbing everything so I unfortunately didn't get it. Next time though!

I got:
*Colour care shampoo & Colour care conditioner - You use these most days, regular washes. The shampoo has a very purple colour to it. The conditioner has a subtle violet tone to it.

*Brightening shampoo - You use this once a week. Its for very dry damaged hair. Or if your blonde needs perking up.
I think its essential to have this (and the conditioner!! Lol) if you use product like oils, leave in conditioner, moose and heated styling tools on your hair. As there will be product build up.

*Pre-toning primer - This (as said in the name) you use to prep the hair ready for the conditioner to go on. So in between the cleanse and the nourishment. It can also be used as a leave in conditioner. Damp hair.

I had most of my blonde cut away, so on Friday night I popped on some hair dye myself; just at the bottom and through my hair sporadically, like highlights... But not?

I have decided to shun the 'typical' autumnal ritual of going warmer/darker for the colder months & gone brighter, blonder.
Hey, why not. Blondes are meant to have more fun ;)

I shall let you know how I get on with these products in the up and coming weeks.

Do any of you use brightening products?
What brand or non brand do you use?
