Hey guys & girls!
I hope most of you got to enjoy the sunshine that was out today. He certainly had his hat on!
Unfortunately, it was my Great Uncles funeral today. He wasn't just an Uncle, he was my Grandad's Best friend, Brother In-Law, they where in the Navy together for a good amount of years, Grandad's Sister lent my Nan her Wedding dress to wear on her Wedding day to my Grandad, they all bought their children up together in one house, on different floors of the house together, at one stage of their lives, along with their Sisters, their children, Mother etc. Needless to say they were incredibly close. Even though in later life family and life took them further apart, they spoke regularly on the phone & when they got together... Well my Nan and Aunt both had disapproving looks when they staggered home from the pub having played bowls, pool and had 'a couple of beers ;)'
I didn't go today as my parents decided that since my illness, I dint seem to cope well with situations & also I seem to be unable to communicate well in awkward situations, but also I have been feeling a bit dodgy. I feel awful having not gone. I just hope he knows that I have been thinking about him.
Even though he had Terminal Cancer, when I got ill last year, he was always on the phone to Grandad & Mum looking at encyclopedias and the internet trying to help with my diagnosis and make my life better. I cannot Thank him enough for that.
So Billy, if you are reading this R.I.P.
It's your turn to chill & have a cuppa now... Or a cheeky pint.
Love always.

Today, I looked after the dog, cat & my Mr, whilst everyone else was away.
We took a break from decorating.
Instead we went to a local pub that's just been taken over by new landlords & had lunch.
The food was great.
It was lovely being in the sun (still needed a jumper) he enjoyed a pint and me a lemonade. Its lovely seeing the daisies all out in the grass now. It truly feels like spring. We both had blue on as it was National Autism Awareness Day.
I also put on my Swarovski converse.
The dog loved the sun... And a few chips ;)
I'm afraid that's all I have for today. I hope you understand?!
I've had a great convo with someone about problem skin/skin care/foundation/concealer. I plan that to be my blog tomorrow.
Take care everyone.
Remember life's short.
Love strong.
Live well.
Enjoy every moment.
XxX
