Sorry I haven't blogged lately. I've been busy with decorating our bedroom and celebrating Easter with my family and my Mr's family.
The bedroom is coming along beautifully. :) Only one more wall to do & one more chest of draws. Its very exciting as we nearly have the French boudoir I have always dreamed of. It is taking quite a while as my Mr has had holiday and I didn't want to be mean and keep him cooped up in there painting all the time! He does deserve his time off! Also I think he quite likes 'camping' downstairs.
Anyway, I got carried away in Primark yesterday after work... All the fabulous hair accessories sucked me in and our one in town now has a make up section!!! Look what I got:
I got quite a few pretty head bands and hair bands. Pearls seem to be the thing along with diamanté encrusted flowers and beads. I've lost my eyelash curlers so got myself them (for a quid!)and they come with a spare squidgy thing... Oh & so I don't get moaned at for having all these bits everywhere, I got an accessories hanger (how clever) for £2! Epic! :D
Needless to say, I will be going back in VERY soon :/
Today I have decided to have a pamper day. I started by dying my hair. I already have the tips of my hair blonde, but I wanted it further up the hair. I'm doing it in two stages. The end result today is quite a warm, fiery, blonde. So I will be putting a white blonde on at the weekend to brighten some more. But I seem to have blended well, considering its my first time at doing the ombre look, I don't think I've done bad. :)(I'll post photos on the blog for that) After I've done dinner tonight, I'm going to put on a face mask (the one in the photo above - 90p in Primark and do my nails. :)
