Normally, when I am looking at self improvement, I just focus on my own body, mind etc.
This time around, I have found a great motivation...
Khloe Kardashian!

I have decided to use her as my Gymspiration - Gym - Inspiration.
Its an odd one as I don't watch Keeping up with the Kardashian's either.

My main reasoning for having her as my Gymspiration (also she is my lock screen - see below) is that she has turned her whole life around & body with healthy eating and exercise.
Damn she looks hot for it!

The screen lock now on my phone.
I already have the bum and boobs, so I now need to carry on with losing weight with my continued healthy eating (over 4 stone down already) and get toning.

Oh, btw, after my massive scare at the cardiac clinic last week...
I had my emergency CT scan the day after, along with lots of bloods and more walking tests.
My CT shows that the clots have dispersed, my blood is still not normal but is improving and my oxygen levels (on the follow up walk test) only dropped to 97%.
Thank God!
So, I am very happy I can gym.
Low impact... ;)

Weights are absolutely fine to do at the gym; just do a lesser weight but more reps!
