Autumn Secret

 

OK.

So, who thinks its now sort of, officially Autumn?!

 

Chilly evenings?

Check.

Heating going on more often?

Check?

Cold nose and toes?

Check & check!

Boyfriend/Fiancé's/Hubby's hoody on?

Check.

 

Shops have all these beautiful new clothes in stock; all cosy, super warm items that are screaming for me to buy them!
They are mostly knit wear, ponchos, cover ups, oh and they are classic Autumn colours - Burgundy, grey, black, kaki, green, navy, mustard.

 

Yep, its Autumn or almost there.

Give or take a day of sun here and there.

 

I do rather like Autumn.

Its the perfect temperature between too hot and too cold.

Its the in-between where you can pop on a real chunky poncho or throw and feel real cosy and still look chick.

No more hair sticking to your face or neck like Summer makes you.

Also, I find that the colours clothing come in during Autumn are more flattering to my tone.

I do love a bit of burgundy; splashes of mustard yellow in an outfit predominantly monochrome or grey is just gorgeous.

 

This time of year is fantastic for walking too.

The trees and nature are changing all around.

The best bit is watching the trees change colour.

Change to the same colour as what we are wearing, actually.
