Healthy Pancakes...? Yes please!

 
I don't know about you, but I do love me a good pancake.
But they are quite unhealthy & that is before you put all the sugary, sweetened, godliness on top of them!
 
There is a saviour in the form of a healthy pancake though.
YAY!
I have been eating these for the past couple of years INSTEAD of the traditional pancake.
I have also been putting my own healthy toppings on.
 
Believe it or not, they are even easier to make than the normal pancake.
They only require 2, yes, TWO ingredients!
Result.
 
*All you need*:
 2 medium/large eggs,
1 large banana (better if it is a tad ripe).
 
 
 
Whizz in a blender and tahdah.
'Batter' ready and rearing to go!
 Tiz done!
 
Use a non stick pan (the ones that you see advertised on the telly), then you wont need to use any oil, making it the ULTIMATE, healthy pancake!
 
Add fresh strawberry's & banana, then you have the perfect mix of sweet and tart.
  
 
I find this the PERFECT start to the day when going for a walk with my man.
Packed with nutrients, protein & vitamins.
